A Poor Elderly Woman Meets the Mercy of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
ایک غریب بوڑھی عورت اور رحمتِ عالم ﷺ
English:
One day, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ told Hazrat Bilal (RA):
“Bilal, come quickly, we have an important task.”
Hazrat Bilal (RA) immediately followed the Prophet ﷺ. He noticed that the Prophet ﷺ was walking faster than usual. Soon, they passed by a place where an elderly woman was standing on the roadside, crying.
اردو:
ایک دن رسول اللہ ﷺ نے حضرت بلالؓ سے فرمایا:
“بلال! جلدی چلو، ہمیں ایک ضروری کام سے جانا ہے۔”
حضرت بلالؓ فوراً آپ ﷺ کے ساتھ چل پڑے۔ وہ دیکھ رہے تھے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ معمول سے زیادہ تیز چل رہے ہیں۔ راستے میں ایک جگہ ایک بوڑھی عورت کھڑی رو رہی تھی۔
The Mercy of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Stops for Her Tears
رحمتِ عالم ﷺ آنسو دیکھ کر رک گئے
English:
The Prophet ﷺ stopped immediately and said:
“Bilal, find out why she is crying.”
Bilal (RA) said:
“O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, please continue your journey, I will ask her.”
The Prophet ﷺ replied:
“Bilal, helping her is more important than our task.”
اردو:
نبی کریم ﷺ فوراً رک گئے اور فرمایا:
“بلال! معلوم کرو یہ کیوں رو رہی ہے؟”
حضرت بلالؓ نے عرض کیا:
“یارسول اللہ ﷺ! آپ تشریف لے چلیں، میں پوچھ لیتا ہوں۔”
آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
“بلال! اس کے آنسو پونچھنا ہمارے کام سے زیادہ ضروری ہے۔”
The Woman’s Pain | عورت کی تکلیف
English:
The woman said:
“My mistress gave me five dirhams to buy oil. I fell on the way and the oil spilled. Now I have no money and no oil. If I go back empty-handed, I will be punished.”
اردو:
عورت نے بتایا:
“میری مالکن نے مجھے پانچ درہم دے کر تیل لینے بھیجا تھا۔ راستے میں میں گر گئی اور سارا تیل ضائع ہوگیا۔ اب میرے پاس نہ تیل ہے اور نہ پیسے۔ اگر میں خالی ہاتھ واپس گئی تو مجھے سزا دی جائے گی۔”
The Mercy of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Provides Help
رحمتِ عالم ﷺ کی فوری مدد
English:
The Prophet ﷺ said to Bilal (RA):
“Bring five dirhams.”
He immediately arranged new oil for the woman. But she was still crying.
اردو:
نبی کریم ﷺ نے حضرت بلالؓ سے فرمایا:
“پانچ درہم لے آؤ۔”
آپ ﷺ نے فوراً اس عورت کے لیے نیا تیل دلوا دیا، لیکن وہ پھر بھی رو رہی تھی۔
The Mercy of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Walks With Her
رحمتِ عالم ﷺ خود ساتھ چل پڑے
English:
The Prophet ﷺ asked:
“Why are you still crying?”
She replied:
“My mistress will punish me because I am late.”
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Come, we will go with you.”
اردو:
آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
“اب کیوں رو رہی ہو؟”
عورت نے کہا:
“میری مالکن مجھے دیر سے پہنچنے پر سزا دے گی۔”
آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
“چلو، ہم بھی تمہارے ساتھ چلتے ہیں۔”
A Heart Touching Moment | دل کو چھو لینے والا منظر
English:
The Prophet ﷺ personally went with the woman to her house. When the door opened, he politely said:
“This woman is innocent. Do not punish her.”
His words carried such mercy that the strict mistress immediately agreed.
اردو:
نبی کریم ﷺ خود اس عورت کے ساتھ اس کے گھر تشریف لے گئے۔ دروازہ کھلا تو آپ ﷺ نے نرمی سے فرمایا:
“یہ عورت بے قصور ہے، اسے سزا نہ دینا۔”
آپ ﷺ کے الفاظ میں ایسی تاثیر تھی کہ سخت مزاج مالکن فوراً مان گئی۔
The Mercy of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Changes Hearts
رحمتِ عالم ﷺ نے دل بدل دیے
English:
When the mistress learned about the Prophet ﷺ, she was amazed and asked:
“Who is this noble person?”
She was told:
“He is Muhammad ﷺ, the Messenger of Allah.”
Both women were deeply moved and accepted Islam.
اردو:
جب مالکن کو معلوم ہوا کہ یہ کون ہیں تو وہ حیران ہو گئی اور پوچھا:
“یہ عظیم شخصیت کون ہیں؟”
حضرت بلالؓ نے فرمایا:
“یہ اللہ کے آخری نبی حضرت محمد ﷺ ہیں۔”
یہ سن کر دونوں عورتوں کے دل بدل گئے اور انہوں نے اسلام قبول کر لیا۔
